Shindentation

Was having so much fun on the trials bike with team mate scott wilson and then I blooming did my leg with the pedals. Grrr. Well it's been a very long time and the stats had to happen again for shin to pedal bit of action shame it was work and not some training session.

Lunch break shanghai chat

Catching up with my old buddy mike at lunch who's in shanghai. Good times so far apart 30 days till he's back and we have a mad ride on some road bikes I'm sure.

Adrenaline alley

Had a fantastic time at adrenaline alley flip flip fliping. Mates nick joys first time at a skate park and Jonny jones and si sagar. Old friends on the bike doing what we like most.

Car or Train to London???

Sitting having breakfast and not wanting to drive into London. I knew I had the bike and I knew the tubes are not bike friendly. Then I thought what's more hassel taking the bike apart and into a bike bag or the boot of the car and traffic jams. The dilema was solved I was late if I took the car and the train will be the most accurate for arrival. Great western direct from Reading to Paddington has mini tv's in the head rests. Is this for secret messages for the worker ants on peak time.
